Why Travel with Voya Explore?
Eastern Insight, Global Reach
At Voya, we believe the deepest journeys come from cultural understanding in both directions. Our Asian roots give us rare access to the authentic East — and the know-how to present it in a way that feels effortless to Western travelers.
Real Experts, Not Algorithms
Every itinerary is crafted by a destination specialist with years of on-the-ground experience. Our Asian heritage has built us a unique global network — when you need a late-night table in Paris or a guide in Morocco who truly gets you, these are our friends, not suppliers.
Travel That Gives Back
We believe luxury and responsibility belong together. Every Voya booking directly supports local communities — from craft village preservation in Myanmar to coral reef restoration in Bali.

Booked a China trip for our 30th anniversary and Voya quietly blew us away. They booked us into the most charming, traditional Chinese boutique hotel, and even surprised us with a private, romantic dinner with flowers and wine. Special thanks to our Shanghai guide, Grace, who looked after us so thoughtfully throughout our stay - she truly reminded me of my own daughter. Completely unprompted and so sweet. Thanks for such an unforgettable journey!

We were a complicated group - dad is vegetarian, sister walks with a cane, and I wanted a relaxing pace. Before coming to China, I was really worried about the food and whether it would be vegetarian-friendly. But Voya catered to all of us without missing a beat and completely exceeded my expectations. Great veggie spots and zero rushing anywhere. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely use Voya again for our next trip to Asia!

Top notch trip through Japan, no complaints at all. The itinerary felt built entirely around us rather than off a template, and our guides knew their stuff without ever sounding scripted. Made a fairly daunting trip feel completely sorted.

Brilliant holiday from start to finish. Our advisor Winly sorted three itinerary changes without batting an eyelid. Our guide Tom in Xi'an is literally a walking encyclopedia and got us to the Terracotta Warriors way before the big tour groups arrived. Can't recommend Voya Explore enough!

I'm strict vegan with a bad peanut allergy, so dining in China scared me. But Voya made it so easy! Our guides in Chengdu and Shanghai checked every single menu and talked to the chefs directly. Zero food anxiety the whole time, absolutely loved it!

Travelling with an 18-month-old is usually nightmare fuel, but thanks to Voya, this trip was surprisingly smooth. Private vans had proper child seats installed, and when our daughter had a meltdown in Kyoto, our guide immediately found a quiet garden for us to reset. 10/10 for young families!

Great trip overall. Loved that the itinerary through Japan was actually built around what we said we wanted instead of a standard template. Private driver every day made things so much easier than figuring out taxis in a new country.

Just an awesome vacation. We had a million questions before booking, but our advisor Mable answered everything super fast and tailored the route to exactly what we wanted. When we got to China, all the private transfers were completely seamless. Super stress-free travel experience ever!

Voya Explore took all the anxiety out of planning a trip to China for the first time. Every driver was on time, every guide was engaged, and our advisor Kevin was just a message away the whole trip if we needed anything. Already recommending them to everyone I know.

Our flight to Beijing got delayed almost six hours and I figured we'd lost our whole first day. By the time we landed, Voya had already rebooked our guide for the next morning and had a late dinner waiting so we didn't show up to a dark hotel restaurant. Zero stress on our end, which after a full day of travel chaos was exactly what we needed. This is what you're paying for with a company like this.

The VIP access they got us was unreal! We had a private after-hours tour of a craft museum in Hangzhou with literally no crowds, followed by tea with a real master. Worth every penny if you want unique private experiences!

Fantastic experience, truly personalized. Our guide in Kyoto skipped the usual script entirely and shared stories about the temples that you won't find in any guidebook. Everything was organized down to the smallest detail without ever feeling rigid. You can really tell how much care Voya puts into their service!

My wife uses a folding wheelchair for long sightseeing days, and Voya nailed the accessibility. Every spot in China had step-free routes set up before we even arrived. We didn't have to haul the chair up stairs or get stuck even once. Super thoughtful team!

We had a quiet, super well-organized trip through Beijing, Shanghai, Yangshuo, and Zhangjiajie. Nothing felt rushed, and our guide gave us real answers instead of just reading from a script. Exactly what we were looking for.

We travelled across China with my parents and our two kids, so there were quite a few different needs to juggle! Voya Explore did a great job making the trip work for everyone. They built in rest days for my parents, while the kids loved the local street food stops and didn't have to spend every day in another museum. Our driver was always early and so friendly. The whole trip was incredibly well organized, and honestly, it was one of the best family trips we've had in years!

Halfway through our Guilin river cruise a storm hit out of nowhere. Rather than cancel the day, our guide got us onto a later, quieter departure and added a stop at a tea house we hadn't planned on, which ended up being one of the highlights of the whole holiday. Cracking bit of quick thinking from the whole team.

Probably one of the best trips we've ever taken. We went to Japan in March for cherry blossom season, and our guide Yuki knew all the right places to take us. We saw some amazing spots without spending the whole trip fighting through crowds. Even the little things were sorted, like sending our big bags between Tokyo, Hakone and Osaka while we travelled with just our daypacks. Made the whole trip so easy.

Everything was efficient and well thought-out, which I appreciated. Our advisor Winly was direct and clear about what was and wasn't possible within our timeframe. No fluff. Our guide Vivian in Chengdu knew the pandas were much less crowded first thing in the morning, so we went early. Made such a difference.

I'm an architect and wanted a trip focused on traditional building methods. Voya paired us with guides in Beijing and Xi'an who had actually studied architectural history. Super engaging conversations, defo gonna choose Voya again.

We decided to spend New Year's in China with the whole family this year, and it was easily one of the best decisions we've made. I'm so glad I chose Voya Explore for my first trip to China! Our advisor Nicky planned an incredible trip to Harbin for us. I've been to Scandinavia quite a few times, but I was still blown away by winter in Harbin and Snow Town. Our guide took us to the Harbin Ice and Snow World, and it was unreal. The castles, buildings, even the slides were all made of ice! The whole family had such a great time. Thanks to the Voya team for putting it all together for us!

From the very first call, our advisor spent weeks with us tweaking the Japan itinerary until we got it just right. They were always quick to reply, even with the time difference from Madrid. Every guide we had was warm and genuinely enthusiastic about their city. We're already planning our trip for next year with Voya!

Voya gave us such great service. Our advisor helped us change the itinerary twice before we left, and everything was sorted super fast. Once we were in Japan, they were still there whenever we needed help. We never felt like we had to figure everything out on our own. Highly recommend for anyone nervous about planning a trip to Asia on their own.

We took my 82-year-old mother to China and were a bit worried about the pacing. When we were in Zhangjiajie, she was getting tired midway through the day, but our guide quickly moved things around so she could get a solid break while we still saw everything. Really appreciated how easygoing and efficient they were.

Straightforward, well-organized, no surprises except good ones. Our guide in Osaka took us to a small breakfast place locals actually eat at rather than the usual hotel spread. Small detail, but it says a lot about the level of care. Highly recommend!

Communication was super clear from start to finish. We'd already been to China and wanted to avoid the usual tourist cities, so I just gave our advisor a rough idea of what we were after. They came back with a route full of amazing historic sites we'd never have found ourselves. They worked every request into the plan without any pushback, and everything went exactly as planned. We planned our first China trip ourselves, and this time everything was just so much easier.

We booked a multi-city trip with Voya Explore, and our guide in Kyoto was great when the weather suddenly turned rainy. He changed our route around and took us to places that worked better in the rain. We hadn't expected much from a rainy day, but Kyoto actually looked beautiful in the rain. It ended up being one of our favourite days of the trip.

Everything was really well organized, which was exactly what we were looking for. I had quite a few concerns before booking and our advisor always gave me proper, detailed answers. No generic copy-paste replies. The guides we had throughout Japan were always on time and spoke excellent English.

We did a two week trip through China with Voya Explore and it was everything we hoped for. The advisor listened when we said we wanted more food experiences and fewer museums and built the itinerary around that. Every guide felt like they were chosen just for us, not assigned at random.

Brought my pro camera gear to Zhangjiajie and our guide was brilliant. He tracked weather daily and got us to the best spots to go to at the right time, before they got busy. I got the cloud-sea shots I'd been hoping for. Couldn't have been happier with how it worked out.

Our kid is planning to study in China next year, so we wanted to get more out of this trip than just seeing the usual sights. Our advisor Jason understood that straight away and added university visits to the itinerary. The guides showed us around each city and gave us a much better idea of what everyday life there is actually like. The trains, drivers and hotels were all taken care of too. We came home with a much better idea of where our kid might want to study and live. It was exactly the kind of trip we needed before making such a big decision.
