VOYA Explore believes that travel should create meaningful experiences for Guests while respecting the people, cultures, communities, and environments of the destinations we visit.

As a Hong Kong-based travel company arranging journeys across China, Japan, and other Asian destinations, we work with a network of local partners, including guides, drivers, hotels, transport providers, restaurants, attractions, activity operators, photographers, and other travel service providers.

We are committed to conducting our business in a responsible, respectful, and professional manner. We aim to work with local partners who provide safe, reliable, and ethical services, and who respect applicable laws, local communities, travellers, staff, and the environment.

VOYA Explore seeks to work with partners and suppliers who:

Comply with applicable local laws and regulations;

Provide services in a safe, respectful, and professional manner;

Treat travellers, employees, suppliers, and local communities with dignity and fairness;

Provide accurate information about service scope, safety conditions, and operational limitations;

Respect cultural heritage, community spaces, natural environments, and local ways of life;

Raise concerns if they become aware of unsafe, unethical, or inappropriate practices.

We believe travel should benefit and respect the communities that welcome our Guests. Where possible, VOYA Explore aims to support local guides, drivers, restaurants, cultural experiences, small businesses, and community-based services.

We encourage travel experiences that allow Guests to understand local culture in a respectful and authentic way, without causing unnecessary disruption to local residents, religious sites, cultural spaces, or natural environments.

We ask our Guests to travel responsibly and respectfully. Guests are expected to comply with local laws, follow safety instructions, respect cultural customs, treat service professionals with courtesy, and avoid behavior that may harm people, communities, wildlife, heritage sites, or the environment.

VOYA Explore may refuse or terminate services if a Guest engages in illegal, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or seriously disruptive behavior.

VOYA Explore does not support travel activities that exploit children or vulnerable communities. We do not knowingly arrange experiences that involve inappropriate child interaction, unsafe visits, forced performances, or activities that may harm the dignity, privacy, or wellbeing of local communities.

Guests are encouraged to be mindful when photographing people, visiting schools, community spaces, religious sites, or private homes, and to follow guidance provided by VOYA Explore, local guides, or community hosts.

VOYA Explore encourages responsible interaction with wildlife and natural environments. We aim to avoid activities that involve cruelty, unsafe handling of animals, or irresponsible wildlife interaction.

Guests are encouraged to reduce waste, avoid damaging natural or cultural sites, follow local environmental rules, and respect protected areas.

If VOYA Explore becomes aware of supplier conduct involving unsafe practices, serious misconduct, discrimination, abuse, exploitation, or violation of applicable laws, we may review the cooperation, request corrective action, suspend bookings, or end the supplier relationship where appropriate.

VOYA Explore will continue to improve its supplier selection, service review, Guest feedback, and risk management processes as our business grows.
